Paula Johnson

CEO, President and founder of Hope For Tomorrow Community Development Center. Paula studied at Fontbonne University obtaining her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Human Services. Continued her education and studied at Lindenwood University in which she obtained her Master’s of Arts degree in Nonprofit Administration. She then continued her educational journey to study at Grand Canyon University in which she obtained her Master’s of Science degree in Mental Health and Wellness. With over 20 years as a Social Worker, Qualified Mental Health Professional, serving the community is a lifelong passion of hers.
Delores Swann

Director, Delores Swann graduated from Riverview School District, went on to become the sole proprietor of Swann’s Boys Catering. Mrs. Swann has been certified in nursing for over 28 years as Certified Nurse Assistant. Mrs. Swann passion is caring for the elderly and for children. She is a firm believer in helping those in need in way she can assist.
Debra Banks

Developmental Officer, graduated from the Parkway School District maintaining a 3.0 G.P.A. She continued her education at Forest Park Community College where she was recognized for academic excellence of honors in the Phi Theta Kappa honors society organization. Debra worker as a mentor for Goodwill Industries assisting in the adult education program for10 years helping adults obtain their HISET. Ms. Banks was also part of UMSL’s CCJ club.
YWCA is on a Mission

Tijuani Shelton is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. She is currently employed at the YWCA Headstart as a Family Advocate. She has worked tirelessly with children and families for over 25 years. She is a passionate and caring individual. She has developed countless partnership with many local agencies throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.

Angela Ratliff

Angela Ratliff- Chief Financial Officer

Angela is a Licensed Practitioner Nurse with over 20 plus years of experience. Angela Obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in which she graduated with honors. And has obtained her Master’s of Business Administration focusing on Accounting. Ms. Ratliff has served many communities by providing a safe and adequate environment.
